PORTLAND, OREGON: According to court documents, the predator Negasi Zuberi, accused of holding a Seattle woman captive in a cinder block cell in his Oregon house, has a history of domestic abuse. He allegedly assaulted his wife and threatened to kill his young kids. As per CNN, the 29-year-old Zuberi, also known as Sakima, Justin Kouassi, and Justin Hyche, is suspected of kidnapping victims across state lines and taking them to locations where he could engage in sexual misconduct. The Seattle woman was taken from her house around midnight on July 15 before being sexually abused, kidnapped, and driven more than seven hours away, according to the criminal complaint.

Who is Alycia Westfall?

According to the records, obtained by New York Post, Zuberi had assaulted his wife Alycia Westfall so violently in July 2020 at a former residence in Antioch, California, that it left their young children traumatized. His wife, Westfall, claimed that Zuberi was verbally, financially, and mentally abusive to her and their kids. Westfall stated in the petition for a protective order: "We get waken up every night from him being drunk and loud and scares us. He has hit me many times. He takes my phone so I can’t call the cops. He takes my money so I can’t have any way to do anything, transfers my money to his own account. He is [sic] caused me to be stressed and my kids every day and [sic] scared."

Westfall claimed that their two sons, who were 2 and 4 years old at the time, saw Zuberi break windows, TV, and bottles and threaten to kill them. Westfall claimed that when she attempted to reach the police, Zuberi only assaulted her more. The interim restraining order Westfall requested has been granted, and Zuberi was told to keep at least 100 yards away from her and the children. However, on September 14, 2020, the restraining order was revoked for unspecified reasons, and the lawsuit was put on hold.

Alycia Westfall appeared on 'Judge Judy' with Zuberi

The evil Oregon man who is suspected of abusing and harassing his wife previously made an appearance on a 'Judge Judy' episode. According to the FBI, Zuberi used one of ten aliases in the past when he appeared on the popular daytime courtroom program as Justin Hythe. Following a domestic altercation and for bleaching his suits, Zuberi filed a lawsuit against Westfall, the mother of his two children, who were residing at his Klamath Falls, Oregon, home, per the New York Post.

At the time of the episode's airing in September 2019, the pair had been divorced and had split custody of their sons. According to unearthed video of the episode, Westfall showed up at his house demanding Zuberi return their children because he was "drunk." In the episode, Westfall attempted to countersue Zuberi for issuing a "false restraining order" and destroying her phone, but she was unsuccessful. Westfall's claims were rejected by the tough judge. Judith Sheindlin also mandated that the mother pay Zuberi $2,500 in penalties.

Zuberi is jailed for kidnapping and sexual assault

Almost four years after the show aired, Zuberi is now being held captive for kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman whom he kept captive in a constructed cinder block cell in his garage. A 45-minute confrontation occurred between him and Westfall and one of their sons before Zuberi gave himself up. He was brought to the Washoe County Jail in Reno and could receive a life sentence if found guilty of the accusations of interstate kidnapping.
