At the time of his audition, he was 42 years old and worked as a massage therapist. In the past, he also participated in other talent shows like 'The Gong Show' and 'America's Got Talent,' where he reached the Quarterfinals as part of the SwingShift Side Show. Stanton's daring feats didn't stop there. In 2012, he achieved a remarkable feat by breaking the Guinness World Record for passing the longest metal coil through his nose and out of his mouth, measuring an impressive 3.63 meters (11 feet and ten point nine inches). He accomplished this on the show 'Lo Show dei Record' in Rome, Italy. Continuing his pursuit of extraordinary records, in February 2014, Stanton pulled off another amazing feat on the same show. He broke the Guinness World Record for the heaviest weight pulled with his eye sockets, managing to pull an astonishing 2,413 kilograms (5,319.75 pounds).
Stanton's talent and determination also led him to compete on the first season of 'Go-Big Show' in 2021, where he reached the finale and secured the 3rd position. In February 2023, Stanton made history by becoming the first person to set the Guinness World Record for lifting the heaviest weight with both eye sockets while swallowing a sword. He lifted an impressive weight of 58.80 kilograms (129.63 pounds) on the set of 'Lo Show dei Record' in Milan, Italy.
