ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: Bobby Schubenski is the founder of the clothing brand Blackcraft Cult and posts a lot about being a stoner. 'The Real Housewives Of Orange County' alum Noella Bergener star has been engaged to her longtime beau, Schubenski.
Schubenski was born in Pennsylvania on August 29, 1988. He has worked with various rock bands including Monkeys Are MachineGuns.
He founded his clothing company named 'BlackCraft Cult' in 2012. He was previously engaged to the retired professional wrestler, Rosa Mendes.

Noella and James got married in June 2020 and they both filed for divorce separately back in August of the following year.

The reality star added, "I saw him, he had a very interesting table, I was at a very interesting table, our friends who knew each other kind of interconnected, and afterwards the invite came out during COVID."
Bergener further revealed, "There was nothing going on in Orange County, everything was shut down, so we like we heat the pool, heat up the barbeque, invite cool interesting people over, and he came over with friends."

He completed a Juris Doctorate from Whittier College School of Law. According to James' website, he is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States.
Prior to founding the firm, 'Sweet James'. James defended insurance carriers against personal injury and workers' compensation claims filed by injured plaintiffs.

Noella Bergener allegedly owns over $450k debt and she demanded a lawsuit accusing her of owing a 6-figure debt be dismissed by court. According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Noella has debunked all allegations of misconduct in the case brought by a debt collection company, Creditor’s Adjustment Bureau.
Noella was accused of refusing to pay up on a massive legal bill from the law firm Fried and Goldsman, who represented the reality star in a 2014 paternity battle with the father of her daughter. The court battle lasted years and Noella racked up huge bills.
According to the outlet, the reality star's former lawyers claimed Noella owed them a total of $293k for their work but the debt swelled with interest of $116k and $5k in other fees.
