The 46-year-old actor was spotted leaving Gold’s Gym in Venice, California, with Caitlin O’Connor, a much younger actress at 33, less than two months after filing for divorce from his seven-year marriage to the 'Modern Family' star.

Manganiello and Vergara announced their separation on July 17, bringing an end to their seven-year marriage.
