However, Tony moved to Kentucky to live with Amy and her kids. A source revealed to The US Sun, "She's been keeping him on the down low, but he's been living with her in Kentucky."
The source added, "From what I know, the kids live with them." As for the status of Amy and Tony's relationship, the source claimed to the outlet they are 'going strong' and 'spending lots of time with the kids.'

Amy Slaton and Michael Halterman moved to the court for their explosive divorce and their kids' custody battle. Michael filed for divorce against Amy back in March.
However, Amy filed domestic violence claims against her former partner Michael in February but those charges have since been dropped. The TLC stars were scheduled to be in court on June 1 to continue to battle it out over their open divorce and custody case.
Notably, Amy and Michael came to the conclusion for the settlement of their divorce out of the court. The estranged couple ended up deciding to settle the situation privately.
