MIAMI, FLORIDA: The Miami-Dade Medical Examiner's Office shared that the star died over complications from cosmetic surgery.
According to a now-deleted social media post, Oh was in the city to get a "mommy makeover" from Dr Zachary Okhah.

After her death Okhah gave a statement, "[He] remains devoted to the highest quality medical care.” He also said, “All aesthetic procedures are performed in a hygienically safe environment to universally recognized medical standards,” indirectly addressing her death.
Jacky died on May 31, "We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild 'N Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed," the spokesperson of BET Media Group said.
"Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild 'N Out cast throughout five seasons," the statement added.
It concluded, “More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children. The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time.”
DC Young Fly's touching tribute to Jacky Oh
DC Young Fly, who shared three children with Oh, also released a statement, "We thank everyone for their well wishes and ask for privacy during this difficult time."
DC also got a face tattoo of Jacky Oh on his back along with his face as a tribute to the star. He wrote in the caption of a post showing the tattoo, “We in this together and forever !!! My Angel my baby my wife the Queen of my children I wish there was a reset button …."
"It may be a lot of things we don’t want to do but we are force to do.. we must continue on with the mission but GOD has granted us all strength we mus continue to give praise to THE MOST HIGH through the midst of pain,” he captioned the video post.
Odell Beckham Jr also reacted to Oh's death on X (formerly Twitter). “Everyday is a gift. Tomorrow is never promised. Rest Easy Angel. We love You”, he wrote.
“Don’t take this life for granted, we’re here for the blink of an eye. Y’all plz love on your loved ones while they’re still here,” he added.
