xQc claims on YouTube Lawyer, ‘that’s just my thoughts’

In a recent YouTube video, a lawyer accused xQc of streaming content during his reaction videos. The legal educator, known online as Legal Eagle, posted an extensive video expressing his opinions on the matter.

The video, titled 'xQc Is Stealing Content (and So Are Most Reaction Streamers),' was shared with his over 3 million subscribers.

Legal Eagle acknowledged xQc's history of controversies and proceeded to discuss the nature of his reaction content, ““xQc is no stranger to controversy, and if anything, he revels in it,”

He further remarked, "xQc’s video is not so much a reaction video, as it is mostly just him watching an entire 90-minute JFK documentary in silence."

After viewing the lawyer's clip, xQc countered, stating, “In civil law suits, if somebody doesn’t pursue you, right, well they just don’t, nobody will enforce something that they don’t even care enough to pursue you for”

Additionally, xQc defended his stance, asserting, “It’s not a crime, like you don’t get prosecuted by the f**king police or the f**king governments,”.

Concluding the video, xQc offered, “So making conclusions off what these people want is a little shortsighted, but that’s just my thoughts,”

Internet reacts to xQc's response towards YouTube Lawyer

Upon watching a clip of xQc sharing his stance on the YouTube lawyer, many fans flocked to the comment section and shared their perspectives.

One fan said, "Xqc is accused of stealing whilst many streamers also do the same thing but go completely ignored. This is also true for many YouTubers but nobody cares about them, only focusing/ targeting XQC for some reason"

Another fan wrote, "The court streams are gonna be interesting."

The third fan wrote, "Man is finally hiding the hair line thank god. 🙌"

The fourth user wrote, "just because nobody tried to go after you YET doesnt make it legal. what most companys wait for is a good bot that detects it in live streams like it does with videos on youtube."

The last user said, "I wish to see xQc making a react video of him, where he literally watch and respond to him without actually including the video or audio. Sue THIS L-awyer guy."
