HIDDEN HILLS, CALIFORNIA: In the latest episode of 'The Kardashians', Kim Kardashian revealed she hired a 'manny' (male nanny) for her kids.
In the episode aired on October 19, Kardashian, 42, the mother of four, said she needed more "male energy" in her household.
In February 2021, Kardashian filed for divorce from Ye, formerly known as Kanye West. Kardashian and Kanye have four children together: Psalm, 4, Chicago, 5, Saint, 7, and North, 10.
The latest episode shows Kardashian taking her son Saint, 7, with his friends and their moms on a European tour to see professional soccer games in London and Paris.
Kim Kardashian opens up about life as a single parent
"It's really hard for me to be really strict and to discipline a lot," Kardashian said in the episode.
"My parents weren't strict at all and sometimes because I'm really busy, it would be amazing if I had a partner who would tap me out and take over and handle it but, you know, it can't happen like that," she added.
She then reveals why she decided to get a male nanny for her children.
"I do think that my household and even our family is very female-dominated. I recently hired a [male] nanny. I really wanted a male around that would be picking them up and taking them to sports," said the socialite.
How did Kanye react to his children's male nanny?
"I was scared out of my mind to tell their dad that," said the billionaire mom about the new addition to their household.
However, her ex-husband was cordial to the manny when they both met.
Kardashian, who was relieved about the meeting between Kanye and the 'manny,' said, "When he was dropping off the kids, Kanye introduced himself, played two-on-two (basketball) with Saint and him (and) has been so nice to him saying 'hey, if you're gonna help raise my son — Because he [the manny] handed him [Saint] the ball like really easily or something and [Kanye's] like, 'don't do that. Make him go get [it] himself.'"
"I was like, 'Oh my god. Okay. That's great,'" she continued.
