Olivia Rodrigo has responded to rumours her song 'Vampire' is about her speculated feud with fellow pop star Taylor Swift. The 20-year-old musician addressed the fan theory that her first single off her sophomore album GUTS, was about the 'Anti-Hero' singer in a new interview with The Guardian. In the song, one line of the chorus goes: "bloodsucker, fame fucker, bleedin’ me dry like a goddamn vampire!” Many believe this to be a reference to Swift over their rumoured fallout over song credit where Rodrigo's song 'Deja Vu' had similarities to 'Cruel Summer.' Rodrigo noted the bridge was "inspired" by Swift's Lover album track and Olivia ended up giving Swift 50 per cent of the credits and royalties and similarly also gave credits and royalties to Paramore as her hit song 'Good 4 U' was compared to the band's popular track 'Misery Business.' When asked about this possible meaning for her song, Rodrigo shared her "surprise" at this interpretation. "I was very surprised when people thought that," she told The Guardian. "How do I answer this? Dating rumours have been circulating about Johnny Depp and Jenna Ortega - and now the actors have responded by adamantly denying this. It all began when celebrity gossip account, Deuxmoi, said that the pair had been spotted on a date together, and also perhaps working together on Tim Burton's Beetlejuice 2. However, the 20-year-old Wednesday actor was quick to dispel these rumours connecting her to the 60-year-old Hollywood veteran in an Instagram Story. “This is so ridiculous I can’t even laugh," Ortega told her 40m followers. “I have never met or worked with Johnny Depp in my life. Please stop spreading lies and leave us alone.” Meanwhile, Depp's camp has also vehemently shut down these rumours too, describing how the Pirates of the Caribbean actor was "appalled" by them. His rep told NME: “Mr. Depp has no personal or professional relationship with Ms. Ortega whatsoever. He has never met her or spoken to her. “He is not involved in any project with her, nor does he intend to be. He is appalled by these baseless and malicious rumours that are intended to harm his reputation and career.” Beetlejuice 2 is set to see Ortega play the daughter of Lydia Deetz, the role famously played by Winona Ryder in the original 1988 film, while Ryder and Michael Keaton will also reprise their roles for the sequel. Kanye West and his rumoured wife Bianca Censori have been banned from a Venice boat company for life following their antics last month. West, who legally changed his name to Ye in 2021, was spotted on board the water taxi last month with his bare bottom exposed. Censori seemingly rested her head on his lap. Venezia Turismo Motoscafi has since revealed the couple will "no longer be welcome" on any of their boats. In a statement, the company said staff were "completely unaware" West had dropped his pants, as they were focusing on water traffic. "The driver had to keep a lookout for traffic and did not see these obscenities," they said. "If this had happened, he would have immediately disembarked and reported the transgressors to those in authority." They also went on to call out a "third person on board the taxi" who "obstructed the captain’s view" towards the back of the boat. It wasn't just the antics on board that caused a storm during their Italian getaway. Many people called out Censori's "offensive" outfits, some calling for her to be arrested for "public indecency". "I wish the police would arrest these two for their ignorant behaviour. They are making a mockery of the country," one furious X/Twitter user wrote, while another added: "Why won't the Italian government police or someone stop them?" Chris Rock and Diplo seemingly made a lucky escape from the Burning Man chaos that left tens of thousands of festivalgoers stranded. Heavy rain forced nearby roads to be closed, and those in attendance have been urged to conserve food and take shelter. "The Gate and airport in and out of Black Rock City remain closed," X/Twitter account Burning Man Traffic wrote. "Ingress and egress are halted until further notice. No driving is permitted except emergency vehicles. If you are in BRC, conserve food, water, and fuel, and shelter in a warm, safe space. More updates to come." In what some have jokingly called a "simulation glitch," Diplo took to Instagram to share a clip from the day. It showed him and Rock riding in the back of a pickup truck after walking six miles in the mud. Diplo wrote: "I legit walked the side of the road for hours with my thumb out cuz i have a show in dc tonight and didn't want to let yall down. Also shoutout to this guy for making the smart purchase of a truck not knowing it was for this exact moment (sic)". Nina Agdal, the model and fiancée of Logan Paul, has been trending on social media due to an explicit video which people have claimed features her. However, it has been reported that the clip does not show Agdal. Drama Alert posted a picture of Agdal and Paul on Twitter, adding the caption: “Leaked explicit video of Logan Paul’s fiancé is NOT real, DramaAlert has confirmed. “The video is not of Nina Agdal, but of a different girl.” Paul and Agdal have not yet commented on the matter. The clip and discourse around it is thought to be connected to the fight between mixed martial artist Dillon Danis and Paul in Manchester in October, which will be on the same card as KSI vs Tommy Fury. The pair have clashed repeatedly on Twitter, with Danis making claims about Paul and Agdal’s private life. Danis has claimed the pair have had arguments over the MMA fighter’s recent tweets. Popular streamer IShowSpeed – real name Darren Watkins – is playing next week’s Sidemen charity match, the YouTube group has confirmed, amid fears he would have to pull out to recover from a recent hospitalisation. Watkins, who has more than 20 million subscribers on YouTube, claimed he “almost died” when he suffered a sinus infection in July which caused “deadly” cluster headaches, sharing updates in which he could be seen with one eye closed and the other severely swollen. In a stream last month, Speed told viewers: “I literally had the worst-ever sinus infection. It got super, super bad, and the sinus infection was causing cluster headaches. “I went through so much. I’m still healing.” He added that doctors were telling him “a whole different story right now” about whether he would be well enough to take part in the football match, which takes place on Saturday at the London Stadium. Fears he would have to withdraw from the kickabout only intensified when the 18-year-old accidentally showed his penis on camera, and the Sidemen’s official Twitter/X account mysteriously deleted the tweet announcing him as a player. He was previously confirmed to play in the match after being challenged to do 20 keepie uppies by Sidemen member and rapper KSI, and succeeding. However, after the tweet was deleted, fellow Sidemen member Simon “Miniminter” Minter told fans on a stream that Speed was “still playing” the charity match, subject to medical checks. He said: “As long as he’s OK with the medical stuff he had before. He is still playing, yes. “The reason [the tweet] got deleted is because there was some question on whether he would be able to fly.” Now it seems Speed is all good with the “medical stuff”, as the Sidemen tweeted a video on Thursday adding: “It’s official, he’s back. For this last part, Swifties know all about this abbreviation as it is a fan chant that stands for "1, 2, 3, let's go b****!" This first became a thing when a fan shouted this during Swift's performance of 'Delicate' during her Reputation Stadium Tour. When Swift sings the line: "We can’t make, any promises now can we babe, but you can make me a drink…,” there is a brief pause before the verse where fans chant: "1, 2, 3, let's go b****!" Clearly, the 'Anti-Hero' singer has heard this chant loud and clear during her Eras Tour shows to include this fan lore in her latest post. It's not the first time Swift has released a film documenting her career milestones, as on Netflix there is the Miss Americana (2020) documentary that chronicles her musical journey and details her personal life. While fans of the 2017 reputation album can relive the live shows as the stadium tour was recorded - and both films are currently available to stream on Netflix. In 2020, the Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions where Swift performed the songs and gave insight into how they were made was released by Disney+. Most recently, Swift released All Too Well: The Short Film in 2021 where fans can watch the short film on YouTube and at the time it was also released in select theaters by Universal Pictures.
