Taylor Swift fan goes viral for nailing Eras tour choreography
Swifties attending Taylor Swift's The Eras tour are going all out, whether that be with their outfits inspired by the singer's different looks, or making Swift-themed friendship bracelets. And also learning stage choreography is all part of concert prep, like one fan who was spotted nailing the dance routine from her seat and the video has since gone viral on TikTok. In the clip posted by Aubrey (@a.n.m.44), Swift performed her song Ready For It? from her 2017 album Reputation on stage at one of her Cincinnati shows. Sign up to our free Indy100 weekly newsletter And one fan in the audience was definitely ready for it (pardon the pun), judging by her dancing... Viewers noticed a small figure in the background as she danced her heart out to the track and her moves were in sync with Swift's too. @a.n.m.44 she can be my jailer #tserastour2023 #cincinnatinight1 #cincinnati #erastour #taylorswift Since sharing the video, it has received 1.7m views and 214,000 likes with people loving the fan's dedication to the dance along. Louis Theroux gives candid update after alopecia condition worsens
Louis Theroux has updated his followers on his alopecia condition in a candid post on Instagram. Alopecia is a condition where the immune system attacks hair follicles and causes hair loss. It can occur in any part of the body, but most commonly the head and face. As explained by the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS), hair typically falls out in patches about the size of a coin, but it can be more extreme. "Most people with the disease are healthy and have no other symptoms," they added. "Oh jeez it looks like the alopecia has migrated up to my eyebrow," he wrote on the platform. "I realise you aren’t all awaiting every update on its progress but I want people to acclimatise to the new partially depilated me and not freak everyone out by suddenly appearing in public like a half-plucked elephant bird with no forewarning." Sign up for our free Indy100 weekly newsletter The renowned documentary creator continued: "So this is where we’re at. I’d really like to keep my eyebrows, but it’s out of my hands at this point… tho I have started taking vitamin d and something called biotin." Theroux first opened up about his condition last month when he shared that "nature has played a cruel trick on me," alongside a photo of his beard that showed a "tiny remnant" missing. "I can now only grow a weird little Hitler moustache," he humoured. Fans flocked to the post to praise the star for being so open and honest. "Don’t worry we love you no matter what," one commented, while another added: "Well done for sharing, Louis and raising awareness!" A third joked: "Eyebrows are overrated. What do they even do? If Madonna doesn't need them, neither do you." Theroux's post encouraged many more people to come forward about their own personal experiences with the condition. Have your say in our news democracy. Kourtney Kardashian and Addison Rae criticised for 'weird' age gap bikini photoshoot
Kourtney Kardashian, 44, turned to Instagram on Tuesday (4 July) with a series of snaps alongside her friend, influencer Addison Rae, 22. The photos show the pair sporting matching bikinis and posing by the pool as The Kardashians star showed off her baby bump. Many people flocked to the post to compliment the two, with a handful of famous faces showing their love, including Spanish singer-songwriter Rosalia, Simon Huck and Rae herself. It didn't take long for harsh trolls to chime in with criticism and questions about their "weird" age-gap friendship. "Why is a 44-year-old friends with a 22-year-old?" one person asked. "This is just weird to me." Another wrote: "I swear to God, this is the most weirdest friendship." Sign up for our free Indy100 weekly newsletter A third person believed the photo to be intentional after her sister Kim Kardashian accused her of having no friends. "Wait, Kourtney posts her long-lost friend days after Kim says she has no friends," they commented. Meanwhile, some jumped to her defence, with one writing: "People don’t understand that you can be way younger but be way more mature than half the people at Kourtney’s age. Love it." The pair first became friends in 2020 when Rae appeared in a TikTok video with the Poosh founder's son, Mason. Speaking about how their friendship came about, Rae explained: "I met Kourtney through a friend — through David [Dobrik] — and we had surprised Mason because Mason liked my videos on TikTok," "We got really close and we started working out together. We did a video on her YouTube of us doing a butt workout and stuff, so that was fun." Have your say in our news democracy.
