An official of Vladimir Putin’s party has been killed in a car explosion in the Ukaine’s Kherson on Saturday, the regional governor has said. Vladimir Malov, executive secretary of of Russia‘s governing United Russia party in Nova Kakhovka, died in hospital, Vladimir Saldo said in a post on his Telegram channel. He said it had been a “terrorist attack”, meaning one orchestrated by Ukraine. “The law enforcement officers will do everything necessary to punish the perpetrators of the crime,” Mr Saldo posted on Telegram. There was no immediate comment from Kyiv. On the battlefield, Ukrainian forces have gained ground near Bakhmut as Volodymyr Zelensky condemned Russia’s strike on a funeral service “inhuman” and “a completely deliberate act of terrorism”. Sheffield United captain Sophie Barker vowed to keep Maddy Cusack at the forefront of her mind after the Blades resumed their season following the death of their team-mate last month. Cusack was the Blades’ longest-serving player, and the first to make 100 appearances for the club, when she died on September 20 and last weekend’s game against Crystal Palace was postponed as they came to terms with her death. But they returned to action in the Women’s Championship at Bramall Lane on Saturday and got a result for Cusask as they came from behind to beat London City Lionesses 3-1. They fell behind to Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah’s first-half opener but a second-half rally from the hosts saw Isobel Goodwin grab two and Ash Hodson also score to earn a fitting three points. Several players, including Barker, were in tears after the game, having got the job done for Cusack. There were pre-match tributes to the former midfielder, who also worked in the club’s marketing department, with her team-mates warming up in t-shirts adorned with her picture and number eight. An emotional video was also played on the big screen while both sets of players and the 1,146 fans in attendance held a minute’s applause before kick-off. A teacher in Queensland has spoken up about a disturbing rise in "eating disorder pacts" occurring amongst schoolchildren, fuelled partly by the viral TikTok trend of 'Girl Dinner'. The Courier Mail did an investigation into the rate of eating disorders amongst children and young people in Queensland, finding that between January and July this year, people aged between 0-19 were admitted with health complications related to an eating disorder 1,304 times. Speaking to the publication, one teacher explained that she had seen a rise in "diet clubs" at schools, where children encourage one another to take up or continue disordered eating behaviours. "We've never seen anything like it," she said. "I know of kids who were being admitted for eating disorder at six years of age, requiring tube feedings at the hospital because they didn't want to get fat. "We have girls pass out because they refuse to take their jumpers off because they don't like how their body looks in it and would rather feel unwell to the point of passing out at school. "Teachers know this is happening but they have no training in eating disorders. We know abuse, self-harm, and signs of neglect but not how to help kids develop a positive body image. It's not seen as a priority." The teacher also went on to say that the education curriculum needs to be changed as well because it's feeding into the idea of food morality - where certain foods are 'bad' and others are 'good'. "They're being told 'chocolate is bad it will make you fat'. It's brainwashing. "There's also a lunch box policy in primary schools, that don't allow junk food and kids who bring it are told they're naughty. "Then we wonder how these kids get eating disorders." Several experts have also said that social media trends such as 'girl dinner' and 'what I eat in a day' are harmful, especially to those trying to recover from an eating disorder. Due to these videos often containing body checking - where creators show their appearance - followed by the food they eat, often very small portions of 'healthy' and low calorie foods, essentially covertly telling viewers "eat like this to look like me." Clinical nutritionist Lexi Crouch, who struggled with her own eating disorder at age seven, told The Courier Mail: "There is a growing need for teachers to be properly educated and to include positive body image in the curriculum. "This is something I wish I personally experienced at a young age instead of being drawn into diet culture myself before making a full recovery from an eating disorder." A woman discovered that her boyfriend was cheating on her with her best pal by using Google Street View. The unnamed lady randomly went on there after spotting one of the web giant’s cars passing her house. She says she was curious to know what route the vehicle took and decided to follow it online. The cars have taken snaps of every accessible road on the planet. They are used on Google Maps and Google Street View. At one point, the woman claims that she spotted her fella on a motorbike with another woman. She says: “The person on the back didn’t look like me so I followed them.” At certain points in the video, she apparently loses sight of her boyfriend’s motorcycle and had to search for him. She then recognises a side street he used to take her down. The woman explains: “He went down a street where he used to take me. “We always visited that little square. “At that point, I thought I was just being paranoid in my head, that it couldn't be him.” At the end of the video, a man is seen resting his head on a woman’s lap on a street bench. She claims the woman was her best friend. She says: “But it was my fella and my best friend. I'm devastated.” The video was shared on TikTok by Juliana Lima from Ceará, Brazil, where it went viral with 9.3 million views. One viewer commented: “Google saving lives.” Another joked: “I'm starting to think she was driving the Google car.” Someone else said: “It’s very unlucky for a guy to get caught by a Google car that passes once a year.” Maria wrote: “FBI no, Google Maps.” Paloma remarked: “My children's father didn't pay child support and he disappeared, so I found out where he was on Google Maps and I went there.” Someone else commented: “That Google Maps vehicle did not follow them.
