Other potential opponents could be Servette, Panathinaikos or Belgian or Ukrainian sides. Prospects: Rangers will be looking to make the Champions League group stages again and will need to win two ties to do so. Defeat at either stage would see them drop into the Europa League. They are guaranteed group-stage football whatever happens with two qualifying defeats sending them into the Europa Conference League. Aberdeen Entry: Europa League play-offsDraw date: August 7First game: August 24 Possible first opponents: There are a host of variables before the Dons enter the fray but Swiss side Lugano will definitely be among their six possible opponents, while Slavia Prague and Olympiacos might also be on the list. Prospects: The Dons will reach the Europa League group stage if they win their play-off and drop into the Conference groups if not. Hearts Entry: Europa Conference League third-qualifying roundDraw date: July 24First game: August 10 Prospects: Hearts will need to win two ties to secure a second consecutive season in the Conference League group stages. Possible first opponents: Hearts will be unseeded and earlier rounds will determine the list of seeds but AZ Alkmaar, Dinamo Kyiv, Partizan Belgrade and Rapid Vienna will be among them. Hibernian Entry: Europa Conference League second-qualifying roundDraw date: June 20-21First game: July 27 Prospects: Hibs need to win three ties to make the group stages. Possible first opponents: Hibs will be seeded and a list of 45 unseeded clubs will be split into groups nearer the draw date. Singer Dua Lipa is known for pop hits such as 'Levitating' and 'IDGAF', but it turns out the English-Albanian musician does ‘GAF’ about the UK government’s rhetoric around immigrants – including around Albanians. Speaking to The Sunday Times, the 27-year-old, whose parents are Kosovo Albanians, said “of course it hurt” when Home Secretary Suella Braverman spoke of an “invasion” of immigrants and “Albanian criminals” in the Commons back in November. The artist said: “All those words thrown around about immigrants? I always felt London was an amalgamation of cultures. It is integral to the city. “So when you hear the government talk about Albanians, for example, it hurts. It’s short-sighted and small-minded, but it’s the way a lot of people think. “No matter how we try and change the rhetoric, there will always be those who think, ‘immigrants are coming into the country and taking jobs!’ “However, immigrants who have come here have earned their keep by working incredibly hard. Gareth Bale will not be joining the Wales coaching staff, manager Rob Page has said. Former captain Bale ended his stellar playing career in January with a farewell statement announcing he was “stepping down but not stepping away” from the Wales environment. Page said he wanted to keep the former Real Madrid forward, his country’s most capped men’s player with 111 appearances, involved in some capacity but the Wales manager has now confirmed that will not be in a coaching role. “I spoke to Gareth on Monday and I’m due to have another conversation with him this week,” Page said ahead of this month’s Euro 2024 qualifiers against Armenia and Turkey. “Nothing particular or specific, just a general. He’s open to conversations and he wants to play a part in the future, but not from a coaching point of view. “For me to have another voice from the outside watching things is beneficial. He’s enjoying his retirement.” Bale’s former team-mate Chris Gunter joined Page’s backroom staff ahead of two qualifiers in March, from which Wales made a positive start to Euro 2024 qualifying by picking up four points against Croatia and Latvia. A young paramedic died from a rare form of lung cancer despite never smoking. Meadhbh Cameron, 24, died on March 11, after being told two days before Christmas that she had weeks to live. She married police officer Lee Cameron shortly before her death, the day after his 27th birthday. Meadhbh first noticed something was wrong in September when she coughed up a blood clot while in hospital as part of her job. Lee says she had an intermittent nighttime cough with no other symptoms, but a scan revealed a shadow on her lung. Four weeks later, Meadhbh was told she had stage 4 combined small cell lung cancer, an extremely aggressive and rare form of cancer, not typically seen in a young, non-smoker in good health. Meadhbh, who worked in Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire, was given chemo but the cancer had spread to bones and lymph nodes, She married Lee at a ceremony carried out by Kenny Gray, a healthcare support worker who worked in the ward in the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre. Lee, who lives in Glasgow, is running the Loch Ness Marathon in October - as it was top of his wife’s bucket list of things she hoped to do. Lee said: “She told me she had coughed up a blood clot while in hospital with a patient and that an x-ray had revealed a shadow in her left lung. “This was totally out of the blue, as she had no other symptoms, other than an intermittent cough at night. “The specialists advised us that Meadhbh’s type of cancer was incurable, however it tended to respond well to chemotherapy. “They informed us that with chemo Meadhbh would likely have a year to live if not more due to her age and health.” Meadhbh received three rounds of chemotherapy but was hospitalised each time with neutropenia, a condition which results in a low number of white blood cells, neutrophils, in blood. Lee said: “On the third time she was hospitalised, we were informed that Meadhbh’s treatment wasn’t working and that the cancer in her spine was compressing her spinal cord. “We were told that she had six to eight weeks to live, on December 23.” Meadhbh passed away the day after Lee’s 27th birthday. Lee added: “Despite the high levels of sedation she was under, Meadhbh still managed to wake up and hum ‘Happy Birthday’ to me. “This was a true testament to Meadhbh’s strength and character. “In the end cancer robbed Meadhbh of everything but her compassion, humour and mental strength. “Meadhbh was an incredibly caring and compassionate soul who had an outstanding passion for life. “Her smile could brighten even the darkest of days and she was the life and soul of the party. “Those traits are what made her an exceptional paramedic, a job that she absolutely loved. “It gives me great honour in being able to call her my wife.” Lee is fundraising for Beatson Cancer Charity, which supported the couple. Maxwell Frost, the first and only Gen Z congressman in the United States, joined pop rock band Paramore on stage last night shouting 'F*** Ron DeSantis.' The group invited Frost to join them onstage at their concert in Washington, D.C. at the Capitol One Arena during their hit song 'Misery Business'. Lead singer Hayley Williams asked the Florida congressman if he had anything to say to the crowd, to which the Democrat responded by shouting: 'F*** DeSantis! F*** fascism!' When bringing the youngest congressman onto the stage, Williams asked the crowd: 'Can you see this? Can you see the future right here?' Paramore, especially Williams, have used their platform to criticise DeSantis before. Earlier in their US tour, Williams told fans that if they vote for DeSantis 'you're f***ing dead to me.' Many conservatives have criticised Frost and Williams for their statement, some called Congressman Frost 'ridiculous' and an 'idiot', others said he 'doesn't understand fascism'. However, the Floridian seemed unbothered by conservative's comments tweeting: Paramore’s recent run of shows is proving eventful to say the least, after the group were forced to stop a concert to deal with a couple fighting and pushing in the crowd at Madison Square Garden.
