An up-and-coming musician has told the story of how Paul Rudd ended up in one of his music videos, after running into the actor at a Taylor Swift concert. Claud, who is signed to Phoebe Bridgers' label, reportedly explained to Rudd that one of their songs was inspired by his 'energy', and the 54-year-old was keen to hear the album. A few email exchanges later, and Rudd starred as a disgruntled mailman in the video for 'A Good Thing'. "He came for the whole entire day," Claud said on TikTok. "He stayed for like five hours." Lizzie McGuire fans have been left thrilled after Hilary Duff appeared to revive her iconic character while standing out on the picket line of the Hollywood actors' strike. She was joined by her How I Met Your Father costar Francia Raisa as they hit the SAG picket line outside of Paramount Studios. The 35-year-old held up a placard, as her song from the 2003 movie 'What Dreams Are Made Of' blared out, and they chanted along. A Lizzie McGuire reboot was on its way until it got halted in 2020. But with Greta Gerwig’s Barbie and Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer set to come out on the same day, 21 July, you’d be challenged to name a more iconic duo. The hype around the movies could hardly have been more different. Barbie is, well, Barbie; it’s pink, pretty and plastic. Oppenheimer is the atom bomb: fire and brimstone, the destroyer of worlds.
