NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: 'The Five' hosts Jessica Tarlov and Jeanine Pirro ended up in a major disagreement over the 2021 case of sexual assault in Loudoun County of Virginia.

The victim, a girl from ninth grade, had previously alleged that a boy, assumed to be a transgender person for wearing a skirt, had assaulted her in the school's bathroom.

Jessica Tarlov, who got the baton for her opinion towards the end, expressed her reservations with the other conservative hosts, putting emphasis on the fact that the offender was alleged to be a trans person. On the other hand, Jeanine Pirro was not happy with the way in which the co-host got to her argument.

Jessica Tarlov and Jeanine Pirro argue over the Loudoun County sexual assault case

While discussing the Loudoun County case, Jeanine Pirro and co-host Greg Gutfeld repeatedly brought up the fact that the offender was wearing a skirt and had used their "trans" identity to allegedly sexually assault the victim.

Jessica Tarlov went on to urge that the narrative should not be made about the offender being a trans person.

She said, "This is not about trans kids," adding, "And it's not about gender-neutral bathrooms."

Then she stated that the offender and the victim were in a sexual relationship prior to the incident, saying, "He was wearing a skirt that day but there is no evidence that he has ever identified as a woman."

Pirro jumped in to interrupt Tarlov here for believing that the latter was victim-blaming.

"I will not allow you to trash the victim," said Pirro, adding, "Don't ever say that she had sex with him before and therefore, he can have sex with her whenever he wants."

To this, Tarlov came to her defense, saying, "I didn't! I have never said that."

"It is the district's fault that they never did anything because then he moved on to another school and assaulted someone else there," added Tarlov, along with, "But don't make this out about transgender people when it is not."

Greg Gutfeld comments on men 'disguised' as transgender people to take advantage of women's spaces

As Jessica Tarlov was specifically responding to Greg Gutfeld's indirect suggestion that some transgender people are sexual offenders, the co-host came in to clarify what he meant to say.

"I have to tell you that it is [about transgender people] when you start looking at what's happening in women's prisons," said Gutfeld, adding, "When there are men saying that they are women. I'm not saying that it's about transgender - I'm talking about men who are saying they are women to take advantage of women in private spaces."
