LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kim Kardashian got her priorities straight! The television personality is dedicated to her physical fitness and invests considerable time as per her personal trainer. At the beginning of this year, the celeb collaborated with well-known fitness guru Senada Greca and the two have come up with some significant results and it is showing in the socialite’s toned body.

Greca took to Instagram to share what it’s like to train one of the world’s most popular public figures. The personal trainer even shared the workout routine of Kim with her followers. In the reel, Kim can be seen doing her workout under the careful supervision of Greca, as he guides her through the entire session. She wrote in her post, “@kimkardashian Glutes Workout / Lower Body Workout - a little glimpse of some of Kim’s training.”

Who is Senada Greca?

Senada Greca is a celebrity personal trainer, who has worked with many stars in the past. Presently, she is the reason behind Kim Kardashian’s incredible physique. The two started working together in January and have achieved significant progress, reports Daily Mail.

“We have been working together since January, and even with Kim’s extremely busy schedule, she still makes it a priority to train. I’m so proud of the progress we’ve made and excited to see where this journey takes us,” she captioned her post on Tuesday, July 4.

1. Clamshells with thrusts - 16 reps x 3 sets each side

2. Lateral goblet squats, band resisted - 12 reps x 3 sets each side

3. Belted squats - 12 reps x 4 sets + dropset of 12 reps

4. Seated abductions - 12 reps x 4 sets

5. Sumo RDLs - 12 reps x 4 sets

6. Hip thrusts - 12 reps x 4 sets + 8 half reps finisher

7. Banded monster walks - 30 reps

Kim, in an earlier interview with Vogue, shared that she is committed to keeping her in top shape, and that starts with a 5.30 morning workout session. As per the outlet, the star only sleeps 5 hours and considers herself to be in 'the best shape of her life'.

The SKIMS creator also shared that she spends two hours daily under trainer Senada's close observation for five-six days a week. "It always starts with small goals," she wrote on her Instagram Story with a muscular emoji indicating her motivation. Before adding, "I'm proud of our commitment together," which was of course referring to her trainer Senada.
