A woman sparked a debate online after venting her frustrations towards a mother who changed her baby's nappy right next to her during a flight. Taking to a Reddit thread, the plane passenger explained how she was travelling on a four-hour flight with a "screaming" baby who kept "getting all worked up at various points". She complained about the toddler, said to be around one or two years old, who was apparently "kicking the back of my seat, sticking his feet up on my armrest, and SH***ING his pants regularly." As if that wasn't enough for the passenger's patience, she then noted that the mother "changed his diaper THREE times, IN the seat". "Didn't bother taking him to the bathroom even though she was one row up from the very back of the plane, right near it. It stunk like hell," she continued. "Ffs, one lady even had a puppy on the plane and he made zero fuss. Perfect little angel. Maybe he had had a sedative, I don't know." The woman then brutally added that parents should "either sedate their damn kids" or not be allowed to bring them on "certain flights" altogether. A TikToker has captured people’s hearts after trying Indian food for the first time and having his mind blown. With Big Brother star Yinrun trying a crisp sandwich in a heartwarming moment, it’s always nice to see someone experience the joys of trying something for the first time in their lives. American TikToker @lukefoods recently had a similar experience as he went viral after enjoying the delights of onion bhajis, a garlic naan, butter chicken curry and gulab jamun. In his video, which has been viewed 9.5 million times, Luke could be seen sitting in his car having just picked up his takeaway order from an Indian restaurant. Luke first tried the onion bhaji, saying it reminded him of an onion ring. Next, he sampled the garlic naan, which is when his mind truly started to melt. With spooky season well and truly upon us, one expert has explored how people can keep themselves safe from a zombie apocalypse. While the scenario is incredibly unlikely, fictional stories have always been a popular plot through some of the world's most famous literature, films and TV series, including Netflix's All Of Us Are Dead. Now, zombie survival expert, Lewis Dartnell, author of The Knowledge: How to Rebuild our World after an Apocalypse, has partnered with Toolstation to share a guide in the event of a hypothetical zombie apocalypse. Here are seven of Dartnell's top tips – that we hope none of us ever have to use: Step 1: At the start of everything, you will want to lay low. Make sure you are prepped with a few days’ worth of food and water and stay inside. It would be wise to blackout windows with bin liners and barricade doors or any other entry points. Step 2: Plan your route out of your town or city, a crowded area is the last place you want to be, so getting out is necessary. Plan a route that avoids main roads and use the darkness of night to cover yourself. Try to stick to your route but be prepared to adapt if anything goes wrong. Step 3: Find yourself a good set of wheels, ideally a sturdy 4x4 that can take some damage and handle off-road driving. You’ll need a vehicle to travel for supplies and relocation, we recommend putting a long-range radio or walkie-talkie in there so you can communicate with your fellow survivors. Step 4: Find a quiet, rural spot to settle down. Away from crowded areas, this is the perfect place to survive. Settle near clear, running water, find a place with a fireplace so you can use wood to keep warm and try to find somewhere with fertile ground so you can grow your own food. Step 5: Think about defence, a wall surrounding your settlement combined with some floodlights is what you want. This keeps out any unwanted visitors and allows you to keep eyes on the surrounding area. Step 6: Scavenge what you need, the world is now yours to scavenge to survive. Keep an eye out for medication like antibiotics, iodine tablets can make water safe to drink, and supermarkets will contain canned food that will stay good for years after. Step 7: Once settled, you can re-establish the infrastructure that you need. Establish an off-grid supply of electricity, this can be done via homemade wind turbines. Also, fuel can be made using rendered animal fat, allowing you to keep your vehicles running. Dartnell also suggests grouping together to create the perfect survival team, recommending to poach the following: Natural Leaders: Having someone in the team who can lead and make decisions is a must, someone needs to keep morale up and organise your actions to make sure you effectively perform as a unit. Carpenters/Metalworkers: Capable trade workers are essential when it comes to repairs and rebuilding, you need to be a self-sufficient unit, so being able to build and repair as and when it is needed is a must. Electricians: Like the previous addition, electricians can help you rebuild your infrastructure, install solar panels, and monitor generators and batteries. Creating a settlement with self-sufficient electricity will improve your quality of life. Doctors and Nurses: Another necessary addition to any team, these will help keep you in good health and although they may not have access to all the equipment they need, their medical knowledge is needed. A woman has gone viral on TikTok for sharing an awkward date encounter after ordering 48 oysters. In a clip that's racked up almost 5 million views, Atlanta-based TikToker @equanaaa shared her excitement about visiting Fontaine’s Oyster House, supposedly known to serve the best oysters in the area, with a date she met at a bar. The clip then shows her slurping through four rounds of 12 oyster dishes. "Y’all, when the fourth [plate] came out, he was looking at me crazy. I didn’t give a f***," she told fellow TikTokers, adding: "I’m like, ‘Baby, you invited me out. I’m going to eat.'" The TikToker proceeded to order a side of potatoes, crab cakes, and some lemon cocktails. It was then her date took a toilet break – but didn't return, leaving the woman with the $150 bill. Andrew Tate revealed on Twitter/X that the next guest on his 'Emergency Meeting' podcast will be Lord Miles, a YouTuber known for travelling to dangerous places who was arrested by the Taliban earlier this year. Lord Miles, also known as Miles Routledge, is a 22-year-old student and investment banking intern from Birmingham, UK, who takes part in 'danger tourism', where he travels to dangerous places for fun. Tate announced Routledge would be on his podcast in a recent tweet, calling Routledge "the embodiment of the British spirit of adventure, returning home with stories to tell." Tate's 'Emergency Meeting' podcast is hosted on Rumble, the streaming platform that has signed an exclusive deal with Tate as well as other creators such as Russell Brand and iShowSpeed. Tate often shares his perspectives on global issues on 'Emergency Meeting', as well as offering insights into his life. Perhaps as expected, Tate is known for having guests on the show that align with his ideologies. Routledge was released by the Taliban in June 2023, after being arrested in Afghanistan in March 2023. During his imprisonment updates came from a social media account claiming to be run by a friend of Routledge's. At the time, people thought Routledge was dead or that the whole thing was a scam. The podcast episode was streamed on October 15, during which Routledge shared his experiences with Tate, and Tate revealed that he has been "banned from every banking institution on the planet." Saying that he's on a "politically exposed persons list" and that "because I have expressed opinions on the internet, I'm not allowed to have a bank account anywhere." The pair discussed the Taliban, calling the terrorist group a "form of law and order", with Miles calling his arrest "very professional" and saying he couldn't reveal more for security reasons. A woman is furious at her mother for joking about her unborn baby's name. Posting on Reddit, she explained she has a tricky relationship with her mother and has been annoyed with how she's reacted to the pregnancy. "For example, when my husband and I announced the pregnancy, she used the pictures we posted but instead wrote a whole post about becoming a grandmother," she explained. "Literally nothing about being happy for my husband and I. She didn’t even tag us in it or mention us." But things went from bad to worse. Her husband and her chose an "old family name" that she decided not to share on the Reddit post that means a lot to them. But her mother began blasting our baby name everywhere," she said. She said that people would mock it in an exaggerated southern accent and got her friends to join in. The woman explained: "It seems innocuous enough - but she isn’t even born yet. I kind of wanted to be the one to A. introduce my baby to the world and announce her name that means a LOT to my husband and I and B. I have never once said to actually refer to her" how her Mum thinks it is pronounced. Dillon Danis has claimed his hotly-anticipated fight with Logan Paul is cancelled and that he'll be fighting Paul's brother, Jake, instead. The MMA fighter accused his Youtuber/boxer opponent of breaking the rules surrounding their weigh-in ahead of their boxing match in Manchester on Saturday, which they are competing in alongside Tommy Fury and KSI, in a series of posts on Twitter/X. But Paul denied the claims and replied with a video of him on the scales coming in at 194.3lbs. Danis didn't back down. "He claims he made weight, but it doesn't count," he said. "The rules are the rules." "If he wants to be viewed as a genuine boxer, he needs to follow the 11 o'clock deadline. Look at the time he posted. It's not fair; I had to follow the rules, and he isn't an exception." He continued in another post: "The commission's rules state that weigh-ins are between 10 and 11. If you miss the 11 o'clock deadline, you've missed weight. I weighed in at 10:15, but Logan still hasn't. "The commission said that if he doesn't arrive by the 11am deadline, the fight is off. Podcasters can be known for their controversial takes, but one football pod has angered footy fans everywhere with their opinion on supporting a team. The clip that has gone viral is from the Half A Yard TV podcast hosted by Hass, Omz and Omar where the trio discussed whether a football fan can only support one team or whether they can support multiple ones in different leagues. It came after Omar initially questioned why Queens Park Rangers fans support their team. "This might be controversial but I don't think you can proper[ly] be into football and like only support that team," co-host Hass said. "You gotta have like a Premier League [team], someone that you enjoy in the Prem something like that." He said "I can't be an Accrington Stanley fan," referring to the League Two side. While one of the co-hosts Omz appeared to disagree, the third co-host Omar explained why they sided with Hass's take. "It's facts because abroad that's what happens, they have their normal team but then they support a Real Madrid or Barcelona." To counter, Omz noted how he's a Manchester United fan and "would still be" in the hypothetical scenario that the team got regulated to the Championship. Podcaster Hasan Piker has left many viewers touched after sharing his despair at a two-year-old clip of Israeli forces attacking a crowd of mourners during the funeral of a Palestinian-American journalist. Piker, co-host of The Leftovers podcast, said through tears that the incident was “really f***** up”, and asked whether Palestinians can have “a moment of peace”. He was speaking during an episode covering the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas. In the discussion, Piker played a clip of the funeral of Shireen Abu Akleh, an Al Jazeera journalist who was shot dead while covering a raid in the West Bank in 2021. In 2022, Abu Akleh’s body was being taken in a casket from the town of Jenin to her funeral in the Old City of East Jerusalem, in a procession. Footage showed armoured Israeli officers attack the people carrying the casket with batons before beating and kicking others. Many of the mourners were holding Palestinian flags. Piker co-hosts The Leftovers with the American-Israeli comedian Ethan Klein. It has more than 2.9m subscribers on YouTube. In their latest show, Piker broke down in tears at the clip. When taking a flight, the etiquette of fellow passengers is one of the contributing factors that determines how good the experience will be. But one passenger who was on a "completely full Southwest flight" has sparked a debate after complaining about the person sitting next to her, all because she refused to use headphones when watching videos on her phone. A 32-year-old woman took to Reddit's "Am I the A**hole?" forum to share her frustration as she travelled from Dallas to Chicago. "I was in the window seat and there was a 50+ lady sitting in the aisle seat," she began. "The plane filled up and only middle seats were left so I was happy when this cute girl in her early 20’s wanted to sit in our middle seat. "She had her Chanel purse, and basic b gucci sneakers on.' Then, things took a turn when the woman whipped out her phone. "While we were taxiing for ~40 minutes before take off, I put my air pods in and start listening to an audio book and she proceeds to pull her phone out and starts watching TikTok videos on full volume. The poster described how she was in "somewhat disbelief by her lack of self-awareness," and thought "no way she’s going to do this for more than 5 minutes." However, it continued on... "Well, 30 minutes passes by and she is still scrolling through her feed and the videos are so loud (I can hardly hear my audio book) and just ridiculous mind-numbing crap." The woman couldn't put up with the noise any longer and decided to ask her to lower the volume. "I am finally so annoyed that I turn to her & ask if she can please turn her volume down or put in headphones. "She says nothing to me, but gives me the nastiest look like I am in the wrong for telling her off and proceeds to barely turn it down." Fuming from the woman's lack of response, the original poster is "so offended" she then turns to brightness up on her phone to "very obviously text my husband about what a devil she is and basically rip her apart and make sure my texts about her are within her line of sight." "I am sure she saw the texts, bc she avoided eye contact with me for the rest of the trip." A TikTok that has a filter on to show what the world looks like to people who are colour blind has caused people to ponder whether they themselves are too after believing the filter to be "normal". Colour vision deficiency (CVD) is believed to affect 300 million worldwide, and around three million people in the UK (about 4.5% of the the country's population). The condition where people struggle to tell various colours apart affects approximately 1 in 12 men (8 per cent) and 1 in 200 women. Yellow, red and green are the colours which those with CVD struggle to distinguish and are known as 'red-green' colour vision. While 'blue-yellow' deficiency does too exist where blue, greens and yellows are trickier to differentiate, this is less common. A recent viral TikTok by Tess (@tessromie) used a filter that could filter that demonstrate how colourblind people view the world.
