Coming to terms with her true identity has been an emotional journey, and Tyson bravely decided to come out to her fans despite the challenges she faced along the way.

'I was so scared of saying I am a woman'

When Padilla questioned if coming out to the world was more challenging than coming out to herself, Tyson responded with a heartfelt revelation.

With the support of her therapist, she underwent three sessions that allowed her to gradually embrace her true identity. She expressed the fear and anxiety she experienced, worried that acknowledging herself as a woman would be met with denial and rejection.

She said, “It was hard for me to say that because I was so scared of saying I am a woman and then instantly hearing no you’re not.” This was an internal battle for Tyson which she constantly faced while putting on a brave front for the public. She also talked about her struggles with self-hatred and how she overcame it by “listening to what her body wanted”.

Throughout her interview, Tyson delved into her struggles with self-hatred, bravely revealing the difficulties she faced in accepting and embracing herself. 'What comes out of my mouth is me now'
