A woman has sparked debate after discussing the need for employers to accommodate those with “time blindness” in the workplace in a viral TikTok. TikToker Sarah Trefren made the comments about workers' rights in a video that has been viewed more than 1.5 million times since it was posted one day ago. In the video, Trefren explained that she was “yelled at” for asking someone a question about accommodations for people with difficulties related to time management.
