The incident took place on the popular French TV show TPMP (Touche pas à mon poste!) in 2016, as part of project 35heuresdebaba ('35 hours of Baba'), in which TV presenter Cyril Hanouna tried to break a national record by appearing on air for 35 hours straight. When she answered that people were watching, the presenters had a response ready. Well, we can do it backstage! Both men were laughing at 21-year-old Soraya, who was smiling uncomfortably and continued to pressure her for a kiss on the cheek. Eventually, Maire decided he would ignore her refusal, and go in for her cheek. When she turned her head away to avoid it, he ducked down and kissed her breast instead. The issue of consent issue is completely clear. There's no miscommunication or misinterpretation: no ambiguity. She said no. Twice. And turned her face away. The incident caused a slew of complaints at the time to the Conseil Superior d 'Audiovisual (CSA), the government body which regulates French TV and radio, which launched an investigation into the show. According to a spokesperson for network C8, which airs the 35-hour program, Hanouna asked Maire to apologise to her immediately after the incident, which Soraya says he did. French law defines sexual assault as 'any sexual act that involves violence, coercion, threat or surprise', and could incur a jail sentence of up to five years and a fine of 75,000 Euros. A moose has been dubbed as "Jesus" and "Moses" (or "Mooses") after a resurfaced viral clip shows the animal running on water. In the video posted by Kristy Paniptchuk (@kristy_234) back in 2020, the video shows the scenery in Alaska as she cruised in a small boat up a river. She spotted the sizeable animal as it bolted across the river and managed to capture the moment as it make its way through the shallow waters at some speed. A new viral optical illusion will test the sharpness of your eyes and only those with the sharpest will be able to solve the hidden mystery within. A new and intriguing viral optical illusion challenges users to detect the number hidden within an image and it is leaving some people baffled. The image was shared on Twitter by @TheFigen_ who captioned the image: “Eye test! What number do you see?” The picture appears to show a blank square of red speckles, but if your eyes are sharp enough you may just about see a three-digit number hidden amongst the red speckles. Over 568,000 people have viewed the image and in the comments, people have commented on the number that they believe they can see. Art fans have been left convinced of “time travel” after spotting what they're claiming to be an “iPhone” in a piece of art from 1882. The 19th-century image shows the famous Scottish poet Robert Burns holding a rectangular item in a piece of art by the artists R. Josey and James Archer. It is titled The Betrothal of Burns and Highland Mary and depicts the poet and his love, Mary Campbell, as they declare their love for one another. In the engraving, Burns is dressed in outdoor clothing with a hat in one hand and his coat draped over his arm. A beauty pageant was cut short over the weekend after a furious husband jumped on stage and smashed the winner's crown. Miss Gay Mato Grosso 2023, an 'LGBTQIAP+' pageant in Brazil, came to a halt on Saturday (27 May) when Emannuelly Belini was crowned the winner. Footage showed Belini leaning over in disbelief when her name was announced, but before the tiara was placed on her head, a man grabbed it from the host and threw it on the ground. Local media outlet Globo claim it was the runner-up's husband. Pageant coordinator Malone Haenisch has since spoken out and said the man "did not consider the result to be fair and caused all this inconvenience and damage." A nightclub in Australia is reportedly being investigated after hosting a wild influencer party with reptiles and baby crocodiles. Two Wrongs in Melbourne relaunched over the weekend with an invite-only bash, welcoming the likes of model Morgan Waterhouse and influencer Britt Reukers. Photos from the night were reportedly shared to the club's official Instagram page on Saturday night (27 May) but were seemingly removed. Images showed internet stars posing with snakes and kissing baby crocs. The RSPCA has since spoken on the matter, saying that the setting would have been "highly distressing" to the animals. "The environment the animals were in is highly likely to have been distressing to the animals and will likely have caused an excessive disturbance for them, particularly for reptiles who are sensitive to vibrations and loud music," they said, as per AU News. TikTok prankster ‘Mizzy’ is facing backlash once again after another video of his went viral showing him 'hijacking a train'. The controversial 18-year-old, whose real name is Bacari-Bronze O’Garro has become known for his outrageous pranks. The prankster first garnered outrage at the beginning of May after his videos showcased the problematic pranks he was pulling on strangers. His most notable videos include him trespassing and entering the homes of strangers, with his antics resulting in him being arrested and sentenced with a two-year criminal behaviour order. The behaviour order prevents Mizzy from trespassing on private property as well as filming others without their express consent in his content. The TikTok was described as “GTA in real life.” As a result, Mizzy was reportedly arrested and held overnight on May 26 after appearing in court on three separate charges. He was accused of “endangering safety” according to the Daily Mail. Judge Rose Edwin told Mizzy that he “has shown blatant disregard [for] complying with court orders.” The prankster has pleaded not guilty to all three charges and will remain in custody until Tuesday, when he will appear in court once more. A verified Twitter account related to Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, also known as AOC, has caused confusion after the account tweeted that she had a crush on Elon Musk. The account, which has over 90,000 followers, does state it is a parody account, which is required if the user has paid for Twitter Blue and is pretending to be another individual or company, as per Twitter’s rules. However, because the Twitter display name is so long - Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Press Release (Parody) - sometimes the “parody” can be cut off, especially if the tweet has been quote retweeted. Which makes confusion much more likely. On Monday, the account tweeted: “This might be the wine talking, but I’ve got a crush on @elonmusk”. The tweet has over 50,000 likes, and now has a community note letting viewers know that the account is a parody to try and clear up confusion.
