Jaden Smith has opened up about his use of psychedelic drugs, admitting that his mother, Jada Pinkett Smith, "made the first step." Psychedelics (also known as hallucinogens) are known to produce changes in perception, mood and cognitive processes. Drugs such as LSD, DMT, ayahuasca and magic mushrooms are among the well-known psychoactive substances that often give the hallucinogenic experience. During a Psychedelic Science conference in Denver last week, the 24-year-old called the experience "profound and beautiful" and went on to suggest it helped him and his siblings get along better. Speaking about how he was introduced to psychedelics, Jaden said: "I think it was my mom actually, that was really the first one to make that step for the family." "It was just her for a really, really long time and then eventually, it just trickled and evolved, and everybody found it in their own ways," he added. When it comes to choosing baby names, it can be hard to pick just one. But what if you have two babies - and you really love a particular name? That’s what seems to be the case for one woman who recently had twin boys. Unusually, she gave the two babies the same name, but with a different spelling. One of the babies is named “Sean”, while the other is “Seen” - both pronounced “Shawn”. The family’s surname is also “Sean”. After hearing what she named her babies, one of her colleagues branded her decision “idiotic”. Taking to the Am I The A****** subreddit, the mother’s colleague sought outsider opinions over whether or not their critique was too harsh. She took the babies to the office to show them off to her team. The office worker said the reaction in the office was split. Some people laughed, while others “immediately looked away”. Others texted them later to say it’s not their place to comment on a person’s choice of name. Providing further context, the Redditor said that the kids do not have middle names as she wanted their names to be like “Tom Tom, or Jay Jay”. Apparently this isn’t “the first round of negative feedback” the mom has received. The top comment with over 23,000 upvotes is from an identical twin. They said: “Matching names is probably the cruellest thing you could do to a person. It’s not just confusing. You must create a unique password that satisfies a set of criteria laid out by the game. Simple enough? But here’s where it starts getting tricky: once you move past one of the criteria – called rules in the game – another one is added. People on TikTok are freaking out after one woman suggested that we might not ever truly pass on - and that the world could have ended many times before without our knowledge. Joli Moli, who goes by @joli.artist on the platform, is scaring people with a video she posted that claimed that we may never really die, but instead, our consciousness goes into an alternate reality. In that alternate reality, we exist without the memories of the world we lived in prior, except for some details that don’t seem right. Moli noted that if the theory of quantum immortality - which suggests that people never really die - is accurate, then humanity might have been ended many times by apocalyptic events similar to the asteroids “taking out the dinosaurs” 65 million years ago. Former UFC fighter Ben Askren called Jordan Peterson's bluff after Peterson threatened those who call him 'cis' on Twitter. Cisgender is term that refers to a person who identifies with the sex given to them at birth. The phrase was coined in 1994 by Dana Defosse PhD., MPH to refer to people who aren't transgender that avoided marginalising transgender people. The Latin-derived prefix 'cis-' means "on this side of", and 'trans-' means "across from" or "on the other side of". The use of the term cisgender has increasingly upset some, mainly those who are anti-trans, and Jordan Peterson has appeared to have threatened anyone who referred to him as "cis". In spiked's tweet they write that "the term 'cis' is an invention of trans activists." WWE star John Cena has caused a debate on TikTok after refusing to say his famous catchphrase for a fan. In the viral footage posted to the platform, the star was captured sitting in a restaurant while catching up with a friend. The TikToker interrupts the pair by asking him to say something for the camera. "Say again?" Cena asked the fan, to which he responded: "Can you [say], 'You can’t see me?'" Results showed 57.5 per cent of people who voted think the sauce should be stored in the fridge compared to 42.5 per cent who believe the cupboard is the correct way to keep your ketchup. In another tweet, HeinzUK gave their ultimate choice, it wrote: "FYI: Ketchup. goes. in. the. fridge!!!" according to the ketchup makers. If you check the label on the ketchup bottles, it does say that the sauce should be stored in the fridge once opened and needs to be consumed within eight weeks after this. Collen Ballinger has been accused of making an apology into a “joke” by former fans after releasing a song about recent grooming allegations she has faced. Ballinger, who is also known online by her persona “Miranda Sings”, has grown a large following comprised of millions of subscribers thanks to her satirical singing videos. While Ballinger has faced accusations of fat-shaming and racial stereotyping in the past, recent allegations centre on alleged “grooming” of minors after screenshots emerged of her appearing to ask minors if they were “virgins”. One former fan and YouTuber, Adam McIntyre, shared a video claiming that Ballinger “used” him and added: “This woman groomed me.” In response to the allegations, Ballinger released a video of her own in which she played the ukelele and sang a song with lyrics, such as, “All aboard the toxic gossip train, travelling down the tracks of misinformation”. Confusion has been sparked in Pakistan over the death of a TikTok influencer in the country named Ayesha Hanif yet another Pakistani influencer called Ayesha Mano has been wrongly identified as the one who has died. Reports began to emerge on Friday that Hanif had passed away while she was in the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre of an apparent drug overdose. As news of Hanif's death began to spread images of Mano began to spread across Pakistani media wrongly claiming that she was the influencer who had passed away. She wrote: "One of my friend [sic] sent me this last night in which they spread a rumour that I had passed away.
